From Wednesday,1st February, all online booking will open at 5pm. This is the same time as booking kiosks open in the clubhouse. Competition timesheets open on the on the evening prior to the event, one week earlier. For example, Bookings for Saturday 11 Feb, open at 5pm on Friday 3rd Feb, online or in the clubhouse. Please note that all bookings for Sunday also open on Fridays at 5pm one week prior. Keep an eye on Sundays, many of them are Medley events which allow any combination of women or men to play in the event.

We have added a new feature to our Competition Bookings page. You are now able to view your tee-off times, even if the timesheet has been downloaded prior to or during play.

1. Go to Competition Bookings
2. Log in using your GL number & password.
3. In the top right of the screen, once you are logged in, you will see a button "View Bookings" This will show your tee times for any events you are playing in.

This will be particularly useful for people who want to check on their playing times on the day or evening before an event when access to the timesheet is closed. Our thanks to several users who suggested this improvement.

• The page shows the current week. You can click on the link to show full details of the event.
• View the Calendar is a link towards the bottom where you can see the calendar month by month. You can scroll through monthly or you can select the month you want by simply clicking on the month at the top [eg January 2012]. A drop-down box appears enabling you to go straight to the month you require [eg October 2012]
• Export the Calendar allows you to download the whole calendar into a calendar package on your computer [eg Microsoft Outlook Calendar]
